By accessing or using GetTalk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GetTalk is a scheduling platform that allows users to create booking pages, manage availability, sync calendars, and facilitate meeting scheduling. The Service may include free and paid features, integrations with third-party services, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as necessary
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Scrape or collect data without permission

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro Plan"). By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described at sign-up
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize recurring charges until cancellation

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the billing period ends.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GetTalk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Calendar, Zoom, Stripe, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and their availability or performance.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETTALK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetTalk, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
